Vineyards news: the 2014 vintage looks promising!

Here in Mercurey, as everywhere else in Burgundy, the last three vintages (2011, 2012 and 2013) suffered from unpredictable weather (lack of sun, hail episodes...), which largely explain the low yields. We are very pleased to confirm that, thanks to the nice spring of this year, and to the relative leniency of the sky in recent weeks... but also through the hard work of the entire team at Domaine Tremeaux (!), Vintage 2014 looks much better! The grapes are present in quantity, the vine is in excellent health, and it has still a whole month to ripen slowly under the sun of August, until the harvest!
